Terms of Service
Last updated: July 7, 2026
Welcome to ClipCraft AI ("ClipCraft", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of clipcraft.ai and app.clipcraft.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
ClipCraft provides browser-based photo, video, and audio editing tools, AI-powered utilities, project storage, and a community where you can publish tracks you make. We add, change, and remove features regularly; we may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure — you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use the Service.
3. Plans, billing & cancellation
The free plan is free forever. Paid plans are billed monthly in USD through our payment processor, Stripe — card details never touch our servers. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; you keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for. Prices and plan limits (storage, tokens, features) may change; we'll give existing subscribers reasonable notice of price increases. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
4. Storage, tokens & fair use
Each plan includes a project-storage allowance and a monthly token allowance for compute-intensive jobs. If you cancel or downgrade, content over your new plan's allowance may become read-only or need to be removed. We may throttle or suspend usage that looks automated or abusive (for example, mass account creation to farm free allowances).
5. Your content
You own what you make. Files you upload and projects you create remain yours. So we can operate the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your content — solely to provide the Service to you. Content you keep private stays private.
Publishing. If you post a track publicly (or share an unlisted link), you additionally grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, stream, and display that track and its metadata on the Service so others can listen to it. You can delete a post at any time, which ends that license for the deleted post. If you enable remixing on a post (when available), you grant other ClipCraft users permission to create derivative works from that project within the Service, with attribution to you.
You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload or publish, including samples and AI-generated material under the terms of the tools that generated it.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to: infringe others' copyrights or other rights; upload malware; harass, defame, or exploit anyone; publish unlawful content; attempt to breach or overload our systems; scrape the Service; or resell access. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. If you believe content on ClipCraft infringes your copyright, contact us at the address below and we'll review it promptly.
7. Termination & deletion
You can stop using the Service at any time, and you can permanently delete your account yourselffrom your profile page (Profile → Danger zone) — this removes your projects, posted tracks, stored audio, and profile, and cancels any active subscription. You can also email us at the address below and we'll complete the deletion within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Service or other users.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Keep your own copies of important work — while we take storage and backups seriously, we can't guarantee content will never be lost. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. For material changes we'll notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
10. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where ClipCraft is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions, copyright notices, and deletion requests: thegardenbelow@gmail.com.
