Turn Any Listing Into a Song and a Music Video
Type the address (or add your own photos and details), pick a genre, and ClipCraft writes an original song about the home from the real listing facts, sings it with AI vocals, and cuts the listing photos into a music video with the lyrics on screen as they are sung and your name and number on the end card. Widescreen for YouTube and the MLS, vertical for Reels and TikTok.

What the Real Estate Song can do
Address in, listing out
Type the address and the listing photos, price, beds, baths, square footage and description are pulled in for you to review. Deselect any photo you don't have rights to, add your own, and edit every detail before anything is generated.
Lyrics from the real facts
The lyrics are written from the actual listing — the street, the city, the porch, the kitchen — never invented features. Read them, edit any line, or paste lyrics you wrote yourself.
8 genres, real vocals
Pop, Country, Rock, R&B, Hip-Hop, Latin, Acoustic or Luxury. The song is fully sung by AI with a chorus you'll hum, and it lands in your My songs library. Don't love the take? Generate another.
A music video, cut to the beat
Your photos become a slow-drift slideshow that changes on the beat — holding through the verses, moving faster on the chorus — with the price and size on an intro card and your agent details on the end.
Lyric captions that light up
The words appear on screen as they're sung, word by word, in your pick of a dozen caption styles from clean minimal to gold-leaf luxury — the same engine as our Video Captions tool.
Every size you post
Build the 16:9 version for YouTube, listing pages and the MLS, then the 9:16 version for Reels, TikTok and Shorts from the same song. Download the MP4 or save it to My videos.
How it works
Find the listing
Enter the address and review the photos and details it pulls in — or choose My own listing and drop in your photos and a description. Tick the box confirming you have the rights to the photos.
Write and sing the song
Pick a genre and a vocal, add your name and brokerage, and click Write the lyrics. Edit anything you like, then generate the song (300 tokens) and listen.
Build the video
Choose a caption style and size, preview it, then Build. The lyrics are timed to the vocal and the video renders right in your browser. Download it or save it to My videos, then build the other size.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a listing song cost?
Writing the lyrics is free. The sung song is 300 tokens, timing the lyrics to the vocal for captions is 15 tokens per minute of song (once per song — both sizes reuse it), and the video render is free on Creator and Studio (2 tokens on the free plan). A typical listing lands around 360 tokens — about $2 in a token pack, or roughly five listings a month on the $7.99 Creator plan.
Where do the photos and details come from?
From the public listing for the address you enter. You review everything before anything is made: deselect photos, add your own, fix the price or the description. If a listing isn't online yet, choose My own listing and add the photos and details yourself.
Can I use my own photos, videos and lyrics?
Yes. Add any photos you like alongside or instead of the pulled-in ones, and the lyric box accepts anything — paste lyrics you wrote and that's exactly what gets sung. For a fully custom cut with your own video clips, save the song and use VideoCraft's AI Edit.
Who owns the song and the video?
You do. The song is an original AI composition made for you, saved in your My songs library, and the video is rendered on your device. You're responsible for having the rights to the listing photos you use — the checkbox in step one asks you to confirm that.
What sizes and formats do I get?
Widescreen 16:9 at 1080p for YouTube, websites and the MLS, and vertical 9:16 at 1080×1920 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts — MP4 (H.264) in Chrome, Edge and Safari, WebM elsewhere. Build one, then the other, from the same song.
How long does it take?
Lyrics arrive in about ten seconds, the song takes two to four minutes to sing, and the video renders faster than real time in your browser — a three-minute song usually takes about a minute per size.
