How it works
Load two tracks
Drag and drop audio onto Deck A and Deck B, or hit Load — MP3, WAV, OGG and M4A all decode right in the browser.
Set the beat
Type or tap each track's BPM, press Sync to lock the tempos together, then drop a loop or a hot cue to set up your transition.
Mix and perform
Slide the crossfader between decks, sweep the filter, tweak the EQ and scratch the jog wheel to blend the two tracks into one seamless set.
Frequently asked questions
Is this online DJ mixer really free?
Yes. The whole mixer — turntables, EQ, filters, loops, cues, scratching and the crossfader — runs free in your browser with no GPU and no paid plan. You can start mixing without an account; anonymous visitors get a couple of free sessions, and a free ClipCraft account adds a monthly token allowance so you can keep coming back.
Do I need to install anything or sign in?
No install, ever — it's a web app that opens instantly in any modern browser. You don't need to sign in to start mixing. Creating a free account just gives you a larger monthly allowance for repeat sessions.
Do my music files get uploaded anywhere?
No. Tracks are decoded and played entirely on your device using the Web Audio API — nothing is uploaded to a server, so your files stay private and the mixer stays fast.
What audio formats can I load?
Any format your browser can decode, which in practice means MP3, WAV, OGG and M4A. Just drag a file onto a deck or use the Load button.
Can I beatmatch and sync two songs?
Yes. Set a BPM on each deck (type it in or use Tap tempo), hit Sync to match one deck's tempo to the other, and fine-tune by ear with the tempo slider and momentary pitch-bend. Note: there's no automatic BPM detection yet, so you enter or tap the BPM yourself.
Can I record my mix or use headphone cueing?
Recording the mix and true headphone (PFL) cueing aren't available yet — the PFL button is a visual cue for now, since split headphone monitoring needs a second output device. Everything else, from hot cues to scratching, works live in the browser today.
