A ListingSong Alternative for About $3 a Listing
October 18, 2026 · 8 min read · by the ClipCraft team
If you're looking for a ListingSong alternative, the short version is this. ListingSong turns a listing into an original song and a music video, and as of October 2026 it charges $59 for one, or $19 to $29 a song on a subscription. Real Estate Song on ClipCraft does the same job from the same starting point, a street address, for roughly $3 a listing, and it adds things ListingSong doesn't: the lyrics on screen as they're sung, a share page you can text to a seller, and a pack of social posts. ListingSong still does a few things better, and they're listed below. I work on ClipCraft, so weigh that, but every price here is from their own pricing page and our own code.
What ListingSong costs right now
Three ways to pay, as of October 17, 2026. A single song is $59, one time. The monthly plan is $29 for one credit a month, and unused credits roll over. The yearly plan is $228 for 12 credits up front, which works out to $19 a song, and it moves you to the front of the render queue. Extra songs on a plan cost $29 (monthly) or $19 (yearly). You get one free preview without a card, and you pay for the full download. Their terms say every purchase is final.
Those prices went up recently. In September the same three options were $39, $19 a month and $114 a year. If you saw a lower number in an older article or a chatbot answer, that's why. Check their page before you buy.
What the same listing costs on ClipCraft
ClipCraft runs on tokens, and the Generate button shows the exact total before you click. A typical listing is about 420: the song is 300, timing the lyrics to the vocal is 15 per started minute, matching photos to lines is 60, and the render itself is free on the Creator and Studio plans (2 tokens on free, 1 on Saver). Making the other size afterwards, vertical after widescreen or the reverse, costs only that render.
- From the $19.99 token pack (3,200 tokens): about $2.60 a listing.
- From the $4.99 pack (600 tokens): about $3.50.
- On the $7.99 Creator plan (2,000 tokens a month): about four listings a month, about $2 each.
One honest wrinkle. A free account comes with 100 tokens a month, which is enough to set up a listing and read the first draft of the lyrics, but not to sing the song. In practice your first listing means buying the $4.99 pack, and that pack covers the whole listing with some left over. Purchased tokens never expire, and a generation that fails refunds itself.
At volume the gap gets wide. Twenty listings on ListingSong's yearly rate is about $380. Twenty on ClipCraft is about 8,400 tokens, which three $19.99 packs cover for about $60.
The same job, start to finish
The core flow is close enough that switching takes minutes. Both tools start from an address: type it, pick the listing, and the photos and facts come in. Both let you add or swap photos and edit the details before anything is sung. Both make vertical 9:16 for Reels and TikTok and horizontal 16:9 for YouTube and your website. Both let you put your name and contact details on the end of the video, or leave them off.

Genres overlap too. ListingSong offers Pop, Country, Rock, R&B, Latin and Luxury. Real Estate Song has those six plus Hip-Hop and Acoustic, and a Custom option where you describe the style in your own words, so "slow Motown with horns" is a valid genre.
Where Real Estate Song does more
You can read the song before it's sung. Click Write lyrics and the first draft appears in an editable box, free. Change any line, paste your own sheet, or ask for a rewrite for 5 tokens and step back and forth between drafts. The writer is only allowed to use the facts you gave it, so it can't invent a pool. It also writes out every abbreviation before the singer sees it, because we learned the hard way that a singer reads "Dr" as D-R.

The words go on screen. Every video gets lyric captions that light up word by word as they're sung, in 12 caption looks, and you can match the font and highlight color to your brand. The photos follow the song: the kitchen photo plays under the line about the kitchen, cut on the beat. And the intro card puts the address and price up front while the end card carries your name, brokerage and number.
Then there's what you get after the video. Every finished listing gets a share page at a short clipcraft.ai link with the video, the facts, a call and text card, and every photo, which is the link you text to a seller. Optionally, a social package of 5 to 50 photo posts and up to 24 fifteen-second clips cut from the hook of the song, captions included; we walk through it in real estate social media posts from one listing. And the whole project opens in VideoCraft as an editable timeline if you want to swap a photo or move a cut by hand.
Two smaller ones. You can choose to have the price sung (ListingSong never sings it, which some agents will prefer). And a single project takes up to 200 photos, so a big listing doesn't have to be trimmed to fit.
Where ListingSong is better
- Re-takes are included. Every ListingSong purchase comes with five versions of the song. On ClipCraft, singing it again is a new 300-token song.
- It renders on their servers in about three minutes and texts you when it's done. Real Estate Song renders the video in your browser, so you keep the tab open until it finishes. It's fast in Chrome, but it's your computer doing the work.
- The unbranded version is the default, made to be safe for MLS rules. You can get the same from us by leaving the agent fields blank (the end card then shows only the address), but the share page is a ClipCraft page.
- Phone support on weekdays. We answer at support@clipcraft.ai, by email only.
- Longer social cuts. ListingSong cuts 30, 60 or 90-second clips; ours are 15 seconds, built from the chorus.
- Songs about things that aren't a listing. ListingSong will write about a neighborhood, a ZIP code or a brokerage. We have a separate version for contractors, but nothing for a neighborhood yet.
It's also simply their whole product. Real Estate Song is one tool inside a bigger creator toolkit, and the polish shows in places on their side.
Rights, refunds and the fine print
ListingSong's terms give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the song and video to market the listing and yourself, and they reserve the right to use outputs to promote ListingSong. Sales are final. ClipCraft's terms say what you make is yours; the song lands in your library as an MP3 and the video as an MP4, with no watermark. Failed generations refund their tokens automatically, and unused tokens never expire.
